Slow moving cold front drops an inch of rain over much of the metro valley, including 1.32" of rain at Vancouver as of 5:30 this morning!
Steady rain will end mid-morning or by 10:00 at the latest as a cold front arrives. Behind the front, look for scattered showers this afternoon, spotty downpours will be possible. Winds will be southwest 5-15 mph. I still expect showers to decrease in number by this evening. The Trick or Treat hours could be mostly dry, but a few showers will be possible.
Chilly temps Saturday morning, 40-46 degrees. Look for partly cloudy skies after early fog with light winds. Mostly cloudy skies Sunday with a good chance of staying dry until the evening hours.
Friday: Sunrise 7:49/ Sunset 5:59 pm
